The main purpose of our urgent petition to Mr President Donald Trump is to stamp out fraud and rigged election here in South Korea governed by Central Election Committee connecting with anti US pro China pro North Korea huge opposition party now prosecuting to impeach President Yoon Suk-yeol and even acting President Han Duk-soo. Fraud and rigged election in May 5, 2017 Presidential Election, April 15th, 2020 general election, and the recent April 10, 2024 general election here in the Republic of Korea have been threatening election integrity and democracy. Our urgent petition aims at stamping out election fraud very important task for not only South Korea & the United States but free world to expand free democracy, God's kingdom and His righteousness. President's declaration of Emergency Martial Law is not rebellion but political question highly political character excluded from judicial review. 비상계엄은 헌법 상 대통령의 고유 권한으로 내란이나 사법 심사의 대상이 아닙니다.
2). Not President Yoon but Lee Jae-myung in rebellion criminal paralyzing and destroying national affairs. 내란은 윤대통령이 아니라 국정을 마비 파탄시킨 이재명 거대야당 민주당입니다.
Martial Law just for 6 hours and lifted requested by National Assembly. The main purpose of Martial Law was to secure evidences over fraud and rigged election. No one injured or death. 4) National Assembly on Jan 3, 2025 revoked main motion issue rebellion crime in impeachment motion during trial over impeachment motion at the Constitutional Court. 국회가 2025.1.3. 헌법재판소 탄핵소추안에 대한 심리과정에서 소추안의 주된 사유인 내란죄를 철회했습니다.
National Assembly insists even if cancel rebellion as main reason in impeachment motion, President Yoon should be impeached by another reason violating Constitution though, the impeachment motion presented in Constitution submitted by National Assembly canceled main reason of original impeachment motion when National Assembly prosecuted President Yoon as if he committed rebellion is quite different from original impeachment motion. That's why such kind of new impeachment bill is illegal evidently. 국회는 소추안에서 내란죄가 아니라도 대통령이 헌법위반을 한 것이니 탄핵되어야 한다고 주장하지만 국회가 헌재에 제출한 탄핵소추안은 국회가 국회에서 탄핵소추를 할 때의 소추안의 주된 사유인 내란죄를 철회한 것이므로 원소추안과는 다른 새로운 소추안입니다.
There are no reasons for the Constitutional Court to continue trial over new impeachment motion quite different from original motion, so have to dismiss different motion. Without National Assembly's new decision to new impeachment motion, Constitutional Court has no right to have trial over impeachment motion. 헌법재판소는 원소추안과 전혀 다른 새로운 소추안에 대하여 심리를 계속할 아무런 이유가 없습니다. 국회의 새 소추안에 대한 새 의결이 없는 한 헌법재판소는 탄핵소추안을 심리할 권한이 없다. National Assembly prosecuted President Park Geun-hye as if she committed special criminal laws on specific crimes and got tremendous amount of bribe, yet National Assembly submitted impeachment motion canceled special criminal laws on specific crime. New impeachment motion presented in Constitutional Court submitted by National Assembly was quite different from original impeachment motion. Nevertheless, Constitutional Court enforced trials committing due process of law. 박근혜 대통령을 탄핵소추할 때 국회원안에는 엄청난 뇌물을 받은 것처럼 특가법 뇌물죄를 주된 사유로 삼았다가 국회가 헌재에서 제출한 소추안에는 특가법 뇌물죄를 철회했다. 국회가 헌재에 제출한 새로운 소추안은 원소추안과 현저히 달랐다. 그럼에도 불구하고 헌재는 심리를 강행 적법절차를 위반했다.

Therefore the Constitutional Court has no right to have trial over new motion quite different from original motion. The Constitutional Court's enforced trial over new motion quite different original motion is to reign over Constitution and Rule of Law. It is a shame to be called National Assembly & the Constitutional Court dictatorship ought to be overthrown by national protest. 내란죄가 주된 탄핵사유인 원소추안과 헌재에 제출한 전혀 다른 내란죄를 철회한 새소추안에 대하여 국회의 기존의 탄핵소추결의로 헌법재판소가 심리를 계속하는 것은 적법절차를 중대하게 위반한 국회의 헌법위반은 헌법과 적법절차위에 군림하는 국회와 헌법재판소가 결탁한 독재로서 국민저항권의 대상이 된다.
That's why on Jan 6, 2025, over 1200 civil groups such as Preparatory Committee for SAVE KOREA and, Seoul Metropolitan Area issued public statement urging Constitutional Court to dismiss National Assembly's new impeachment motion excluded rebellion quite different from original motion regarding rebellion as core motion. 그 때문에 2025.1.6. 한국 구하기 준비위원회, 수도권 기독교 총연합회를 비롯한 1200여개 단체가 원안에서 핵심 소추사유인 내란을 철회한 새소추안에 대하여 헌법재판소에게 소추안 각하를 촉구하는 성명을 발표했고 스카이데일리 아시아투데이도 사설에서도 이와 같은 주장을 하였습니다.
National Assembly and Constitutional Court predicted main reason of impeachment motion to be stumbling block and the trial drag delayed for long time and are afraid of public opinion criticizing abuse of prosecution 국회나 헌재는 윤대통령 탄핵소추안 심리에 내란죄가 걸림돌이 될 것이고 심리기간도 길어져 소추안 남용에 대한 여론이 악화될 것을 두려워한 것으로 보입니다.
The Constitutional Court seem to haste to end trial over impeachment motion. The Constitutional Court have to get trial to 10 impeachment motions. Besides impeaching President and acting President, pending first 8 impeachment cases. Trial order is pending first. Therefore the Constitutional Court have to get trial pending frist 8 cases. Nevertheless, why does the Constitutional Court be impatient and haste to end impeaching president motion. That's why the Constitutional Court and National Assembly are unpopular. 헌법재판소는 탄핵소추안에 대한 심리를 서두르는 것으로 보입니다. 헌재에 계류중인 탄핵사건이 무려 10건이나 됩니다. 대통령과 대통령 권한대행 탄핵사건이외에 먼저 계류중인 탄핵사건도 8건이나 됩니다. 먼저 계류중인 8건 탄핵심리가 끝난 이후에 탄핵사건을 심리해야 함에도 불구하고 이를 제쳐두고 대통령 탄핵사건만 먼저 하겠다는 헌재의 발상은 국민의 불신을 받고 있습니다. 5) CIO in spite of no right to investigate into rebellion issued arrest warrant to President Yoon by Seoul West District Court judge, who has no jurisdiction to have trial for President Yoon. It is deplorable that National Assembly, Election Committee, and Public Prosecution have not investigated into election fraud, despite South Korea's frequent involvements in fraud and rigged election in foreign countries blamed by the world. 한국이 외국에 개입한 부정선거로 지탄을 받고 있어도 국회도 선관위도 검찰도 아무런 조사를 하지 아니한 것은 개탄스럽다.
5. China involved in election fraud in 2020 US Presidential Election. 2020년 미국 사기 대선 부정선거에 개입한 중국.

6. South Korea Election Committee password 1,2,3,4,5 is vulnerable for hacking 해킹에 취약한 선관위 비밀번호
Korea CIA disclosed that Election Committee password 1,2,3,,4, 5 is vulnerable for hacking. Moreover Election Committee found out Election Committee server was possible to manipulate counting. 한국 선관위 비밀번호 1,2,34,5는 해킹에 취약하고 선관위 서버 포렌식 분석에 이해 전산조작이 가능한 부실한 시스템임이 밝혀졌다
7. All the officers employed in Election Committee for the last 10 years were illegally. Illegal voting paper. Illegal already printed Election Committee Officials' stamp seal. when votes counting, many voting papers unable to identify stamp seal, no fold mark just so many crisp new papers proves election fraud. 선관위에 지난 10년간 채용된 공무원 모두 불법채용. 불법투표용지. 미리 인쇄된 선관위 직원의 관인. 식별이 어려운 선관위 관인 인영 다수. 개표때 접힌 자국이 없는 수많은 신권 투표용지는 부정선거 증명.
April this year the Board of Audit and Inspection found out all the officers employed illegally for the past 10 years. It is really perfect evidences for fraud and rigged election. 올해 4월에는 감사원이 지난 10년간 선관위에 채용된 경력직 채용공무원 전원이 불법채용임을 밝혀진 것 자체가 부정선거를 저지르기 위한 명백한 증거이다.
So many illegal voting papers quite different from regular voting papers. All the seal have to be stamped by Election Committee officials. Nevertheless, nearly most of voting papers were used already printed. During votes counting, no fold mark, just so many crisp new papers proves election fraud.정규 선관위 투표용지와는 현저히 다른 수많은 불법 투표용지가 불법 사용되었습니다. 모든 투표용지에 선관위 직원의 관인을 찍어야 함에도 미리 관인 찍힌 인영이 미리 인쇄된 것은 불법이다.
8. 부정선거를 수사하지 않는 선관위와 검찰 북한해킹에도 대처하지 않는 선관위. Election Committee and Public Prosecution no desire to investigate into election fraud. Election never took counter measure against North Korea's hacking.
The sovereignty of the Republic of Korea lies with our people according to the Constitution. Chief of Election Committee has been elected among Supreme Court Judges. Therefore, public prosecution seldom indict chief of Election Committee. Even if indicted, he can't be judged guilty by the judiciary. It has been well known that North Korea have been hacking South Korea Election Committee's server several times. Nevertheless, Election Committee never takes counter measure to North Korea's possible hacking. 대한민국 주권은 국민에게 있습니다. 부정선거를 고발하여도 대법관을 겸하고 있는 선관위원장을 검찰이 기소도 하지 않고 가사 기소가 되어도 법원에서 처벌을 기대할 수 없다.선거관리위원회(선관위) 서버에 대한 북한의 해킹 증거가 있음에도 선관위는 전혀 대처하지 않고 있다. 9. Fraud and Rigged Election May 9, 2017 President Election. 2017.5.9. 사기 부정선거 대선
May 9, 2017 Presidential Election was not less than 1 month before Assembly by-election in 30 electoral districts. 30개 지역구 보궐선거가 치러진지 불과 한달도 채안된 시점에서 2017.5.9. 대선이 실시되었다.
In National Assembly by-election on April 12, 2017 Together Democratic Party took just 7 seats while Liberal Korea Party took as many as 12 seats. 2017.4.12. 국회의원 보궐선거에서 더불어민주당은 7석을 차지한 반면에 자유한국당은 12석이나 차지했다.
Moreover, Together Democratic Party gave up running for 10 seats, because of the Party was afraid of failure to take seats. 더구나 더불어민주당은 당선가능성이 없음을 두려워해 10개 지역구에는 후보조차 내지 않았다.
Nevertheless, less than one month later in the Presidential Election Together Democratic Party Presidential Candidate Moon Jae-in was elected contrary to rule of thumb presented in the result of by-election less than one month ago. 보궐선거를 치론지 불과 한달도 안된 시점에서 문재인 후보가 당선된 것은 한달전의 보궐선거 참패한 개표결과에 비추어 경험칙상 납득할 수 없다.
According to Public Election Act 151-7, space between candidates or political parties in ballot papers must be allowed. Nevertheless so many ballot papers did not allowed space but just line. During counting, ballots not allowed space were disappeared. It is evident someone took away ballot papers not allowing space. That's why May 9, 2017 Presidential Election was fraud and rigged election. 공직선거법 제151조 제7항에 의하면 투표용지에 후보자간 또는 정당간에는 여백을 두어야 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여백이 없이 선만 그어진 투표용지도 많았다. 개표할 때는 여백이 없는 투표용지는 모두 사라졌다.누군가가 여백이 없는 투표용지를 없애버린 것이다. 이것은 명백한 사기 부정선거이다. Nevertheless presidential candidates and their parties never protested. That's why as many as over 2500 voters took legal action to nullify presidential election. I pleaded them in the Supreme Court. Public Election Act recommended judicial court to finish within 180 days from election. The Supreme Court opened election trial after 4 years since over 2500 voters sued and then rapidly dismissed legal action without plenty of time. 그럼에도 불구하고 대선후보도 정당도 부정선거에 저항하지 않았다. 그래서 2500여명의 유권자들이 대선무효 소송을 제기한 것이다. 저는 대법원에서 그들을 변호했다. 공직선거법에 의하면 선거소송은 180일 이내에 끝내도록 규정하고 있다. 그러나 대법원은 2500여명이 제소한지 4년이나 지난 이후에야 심리를 시작했고 충분한 심리를 하지 않고 재빨리 결심을 해버렸다.
More over so many no serial number ballot papers were found in Presidential Election, violated Public Election Act 150-10 demanding serial number ballots.
